Church management,
simplified.
Giving, people, Sunday check-in, service planning and the books — in one place, with an app your congregation will actually open.
Free for 30 days. No card needed.
Two sides, one app
Your members download a free app that looks like your church — your name, your colours, your logo. Staff get the same app, and the parts they need unfold when you invite them. Nobody has to install anything twice.
Free, and theirs
Give in a few taps, set up regular giving, find a group, register for events, check a child in, and get their year-end statement without asking the office for it.
The work behind Sunday
The directory, the rota, the ledger, the bank statement and the counting sheet. On a laptop where that work belongs, and on a phone for the four things you do while walking around a building.
What it does
Giving that survives an audit
Every gift writes its own double-entry journal line as it happens. Donor-restricted funds are enforced by the database, not by remembering — the ledger refuses to spend building money on salaries.
Year-end statements
Generated from the same records the ledger uses, so the treasurer's report and the donor's statement cannot disagree. Already on Planning Center? Push your giving there instead and keep one statement per donor.
Your bank statement, read for you
Upload the PDF your bank gives you. Every line is checked against the statement's own closing balance, so an import either reconciles or tells you the exact difference. Nothing posts until a person codes it.
Sunday's count, without the typing
Photograph the counting sheet. The lines are added up against the total written on the paper, and anything that does not match is reported rather than absorbed.
Children's check-in
Matching tags, a code at the door, and a record of every collection. Somebody not on the list is refused — and that refusal is written down, which is the point of the whole thing.
Services and volunteers
Build the running order, ask people to serve, and let them decline with a reason. A rota that assumes agreement is how you discover at 9:55 that nobody is on sound.
People and households
A directory that knows families, not just rows. Members keep their own details up to date, and those updates reach every church they belong to.
Groups, events, messages
Registrations with capacity and waitlists, recurring services that stay at 9am when the clocks change, and sermons your members can catch up on.
Your church, not ours
The member app carries your name, your colours and your logo. Your own link and QR code take somebody straight into your church.
Pricing
You pay for the people who work at the church, not for the people who attend it.
- Your first seat is included
- Members and volunteers are never seats
- A 400-member church with six staff pays for six
- You are told the new monthly total before you invite anyone
- Cancel whenever — it is month to month
Giving fees
Card and bank fees are your processor's, charged on your own account — the money never passes through us. Stewrd adds 0.5–1% depending on plan, and donors can choose to cover it.
Set your church up in about two minutes
Four fields, no card, and a working console at the end of it.
